Create Your Account and Define the Complex

Opening a new account in the Apt Yönet panel, verifying your phone by SMS, and setting up your complex (blocks + units).

To start using Apt Yönet, you first need to open a manager account, verify your phone by SMS, and define the basic skeleton of your complex (block and unit counts). This guide walks you through the actual panel screens from initial registration to completing setup.

1. Open the sign-up page

In your browser, click the Start Free link (on mobile, Sign Up) in the top menu of the promotional site. To go directly: /register.

2. Select your membership type

Two options are presented:

  • Single Apartment / Complex — If you manage only your own complex.
  • Management Company — If you will manage multiple complexes from a single panel.

3. Fill in the complex information

Complete the fields in order:

  1. Apartment / Complex Name — e.g., "Çiçek Complex"
  2. Manager Name — Full name
  3. Email
  4. Phone — In 0(5XX) XXX XX XX format. The confirmation code will be sent to this number by SMS.
  5. Password — At least 8 characters
  6. Password (Repeat)

Then press the Send Confirmation Code button.

4. Enter the SMS confirmation code

A 6-digit code is sent to your phone. Enter the code; it is automatically verified once all digits are filled. If the code does not arrive, you can request it again with the Resend Code button (there is a short countdown).

Your resend attempts are limited. After repeated unsuccessful attempts, a short-term lockout may activate to protect account security.

5. Transition to the Complex Setup form

When verification is successful, you are automatically redirected to the Complex Setup page (/site-kurulum). Other modules are not active until this step is completed.

6. Add blocks

In the form that appears, you see Block Name and Unit Count columns. By default, one block is prepared (Block Name: A, Unit Count: 12). Adjust as needed.

  • For a new block, press the Add Block button; a new row is added below.
  • To delete a row, use the trash icon on the right (the first row cannot be deleted).
  • Limits: up to 20 blocks, 120 units per block, 1,500 units total.

The summary card at the top shows Block, Total Units, and Limit counts in real time.

For single-block apartments, leaving the block name as A is sufficient. Units in each block are automatically numbered 1, 2, 3, and so on.

7. Complete setup

Check the information and press the Complete Complex Setup button on the right. The system automatically creates the blocks and units and redirects you to your complex management panel (/{siteId}).

Important: After setup, you can change the block and unit structure from the Units menu; however, entering the initial setup correctly makes later resident addition and dues accrual steps easier.
