About pricing

If the system is free, why is there a payment?
The foundation of apartment management (dues, collections, expenses, reports, resident panel) is always free. A payment is only required if you want to unlock advanced features (bulk operations, additional modules, unlimited cash accounts/managers, PDF/Excel export and so on).
Why Euro? What does exchange-rate protection mean?
The per-unit price is in Euro (exchange-rate protected). With upfront payment for 1, 2 or 3 years, the Euro rate at the moment of payment is locked in; you are unaffected by rate movements during the term. The payment is collected as a TL amount calculated from the locked rate, via bank transfer.
How does the 90-day free trial work?
When you sign up, all features are unlocked for 90 days. We don't ask for card details. At the end of the trial, if you want to continue, payment starts based on your unit count; if not, you simply leave.
Is there a discount for long-term payment?
Yes. Annual payment gets 10% off, 2 years 15% off, and 3 years 20% off.
What happens to my data when the term ends?
Your data belongs to you and isn't deleted. If payment isn't made, new record creation is temporarily paused, but you can still view your existing data, run reports and export.
