What is a dues tracking program?

A web-based application that automates dues accrual, collection recording and reporting for apartment building and residential complex managers. It moves you off Excel by automatically accruing dues each month, reminding late payers itself and producing transparent reports.

Does it calculate late-payment interest automatically?

Yes. It uses the monthly interest rate and start rule (due date or accrual date) you define in the complex settings. A daily scheduled task (cron) automatically updates the interest on all open debts. When a collection arrives, the late-payment interest is settled first, then the principal. If you wish, you can apply an interest waiver (amnesty) with a single click.

Are automatic reminders sent to residents?

Yes. You can filter late-paying residents with one click and send bulk SMS (via NetGSM) or e-mail using ready-made templates. Delivery history, success/error logs and 7-language templates are kept within the system. Which message went to whom and when — all transparent.

How do I track dues payments?

You record incoming payments with a single click: resident, amount, payment channel (cash, wire transfer/EFT, cheque, etc.), date and receipt number. You can bulk-import from bank statements via CSV/Excel. The system automatically allocates the payment across open debts (FIFO) or applies it to the debt you select. It generates an A4 receipt for every payment. Apt Yönet does not process collections itself — you receive payments through your own bank/cash channels and record them in the system.

Is it free?

The core usage is always free: dues accrual, collection recording, balance sheet, resident portal, announcements. Advanced features such as bulk operations, add-on modules and PDF/Excel export require premium membership. No payment details are requested during sign-up, and there is no commitment.
