What is an apartment management program?

A web-based software that handles dues, expenses, resident management, decision book and reporting from a single panel — for a single building or small residential complex. It replaces Excel and paper notebooks, and speeds up the manager's work several times over.

Is it suitable for small apartment buildings?

Yes, especially. There is no complex setup — simple distribution (equal dues or per-unit amount), single cash box, single-building logic. A 10-unit building and a 50-unit building use it with equal efficiency. It also scales automatically as the number of units grows.

Can a manager or building attendant use it?

Yes. The interface is fully in Turkish, simple and mobile-friendly. It is designed for daily use even by managers with no computer background. You can also grant the building attendant limited-permission access, letting them see only specific tasks.

Does it require installation?

No. It is cloud-based; it's ready as soon as you log in from the browser. There's no installation, server or license file. Open an account, define your building, and start using it within minutes. Backup and updates are our responsibility.

Is it free?

Core features are always free: dues, collection, expense, resident portal, balance sheet. Premium features such as bulk operations, advanced reports and PDF/Excel export require a subscription. No payment details are requested during sign-up, and no commitment is required.
