The Units module lets you manage the list of all units in your complex and the residents of each one. You can later change the block/unit structure created during complex setup from here.

1. Go to the Units page

Click the Units link in the left menu. You see the table (or grid) view of all units. At the top there are block, group, and status filters.

2. Add a new unit

Press the + Add Unit button at the top right of the page. In the Add New Unit modal that opens, fill in the following fields:

  • Block — Select from existing blocks.
  • Unit No — e.g., 13 (must not conflict with existing numbers).
  • — Net square meters (optional).
  • Floor — The floor it is on (optional).
  • Land Share, Parking Space, Radiator, Group — For dues distribution/group-based accrual.

To save, press the Save button at the bottom of the modal.

3. Copy the unit

To quickly add new units with the same properties, use the Copy action on the list row. Enter the New Unit No; the m²/floor/land share/parking/radiator/group information is automatically transferred from the source unit (accounts are not copied).

4. Edit the unit

Select the Edit action from the list row. In the modal that opens, update the fields you want to change and press Save.

Deleting a unit: A unit with active residents cannot be deleted. First have the residents check out (Resident Check-Out action), then you can delete it. For units with financial records, deletion is completely refused; these are archived.

5. Unit detail

Click the unit row in the list to go to the detail page. Here:

  • Current Owner (blue card)
  • Current Tenant (yellow card)
  • Former Residents who have left the unit
  • Total balance (receivable/debt status)

are visible. From the right panel, you can use the Assign Owner, Assign Tenant, Resident Check-Out, and Swap Places actions.

Next step

Your block and unit structure is ready. Now it's time to add the first resident (owner or tenant).
