You manage your complex's appearance on the panel, its language, and the SMS/email notification sending infrastructure sent to your residents from the Site Settings tab. This article explains each section one by one.

1. Go to the page

Open the Settings → Site Settings link from the left menu. When first opened, you are in the Site Settings tab. For SMS configuration, you will switch to SMS Settings from the top tabs of the page.

2. Uploading / changing the logo

At the very top of the page is the "Complex Logo" area. On the side, a 96×96 px preview box is visible.

To add a logo:

  1. Click the blue "Add Logo" button (if you don't have a logo) or "Change" (if there is an existing logo).
  2. Select your logo file in the modal that opens.
  3. Allowed file types: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF — up to 15 MB.
  4. Upload. The preview updates immediately.

To delete the logo:

If the logo is already uploaded, click the red "Delete" button. Upon confirmation, the logo is removed; the panel returns to the default icon.

This logo is used only in areas seen by the manager/residents of your own complex (sitemap, dashboard top, headings in reports). Apt Yönet's system-wide logo is different and can only be changed by the system administrator.

3. Complex information

After the logo, fill in the following fields:

  • Apartment / Complex Name — Required. The name your residents see.
  • Address — Used in formal correspondence.
  • City — Province name.
  • Authorized Person — The name you want to be addressed as in system notifications and support tickets.
  • Contact Information — Complex email + phone. (In individual accounts, these fields only appear in view mode.)
  • Tax Office / Tax No — Visible only for company owners.
  • Default Cash Account - Bank — The cash account to be automatically selected when taking a collection. If you fill this in, you save time on each collection screen.

4. System Language

Select your complex's default language from the "System Language" dropdown. Currently supported languages:

  • 🇹🇷 Turkish (default)
  • 🇬🇧 English
  • 🇩🇪 German, 🇷🇺 Russian, 🇳🇴 Norwegian
  • 🇸🇦 Arabic (right-to-left writing support)
  • 🇦🇿 Azerbaijani

This selection determines the default language that residents see when they first enter the panel. Each resident/manager can also change their own language from the profile page.

Click the "Save Information" button at the bottom.

5. SMS sending account (NetGSM)

When you want to send SMS notifications to your residents, you have two options. Switch to the SMS Settings tab from the tabs at the top.

SMS Sending Preference

  • Use System General Account (default) — SMS is sent through Apt Yönet's system account. Credits are shared; you renew your quota through SMS package purchase. A single header is visible (general).
  • Activate Complex-Specific NetGSM Account — You define your own NetGSM subscription; SMS is sent with your header, your credits are used. Requires Premium; if not active, you see a lock symbol.

Complex-Specific NetGSM — Fields to fill in

  1. NetGSM User — Your user code in your NetGSM subscription (example: 850302XXXX).
  2. Header — Your 11-character uppercase + numeric header approved by NetGSM (example: SITENAME).
  3. NetGSM Password — Your NetGSM panel password.
Your NetGSM header must be approved by NetGSM — if you send SMS with an unapproved header, NetGSM will reject the messages. Contact NetGSM directly for the approval process (this software plays no role in the approval process).

After filling in the fields, press the "Save" button. Be sure to make your first sending to a small number (1-2 people including yourself) — verify that the header and channel are working before the real customer group.

6. Email notifications (SMTP)

If you want to use your own SMTP server for system notification emails (membership end, receipt approval, ticket response, etc.):

For company owners

Open the Settings → Company Settings link from the left menu. Switch to the SMTP Notification tab from the tabs at the top.

Fields to fill in

  1. Turn the Notification Email Settings switch to On.
  2. SMTP Host — The SMTP server address of your email provider (example: smtp.yandex.com.tr, smtp.gmail.com).
  3. Email + Port — The email address and port to be used for sending.
    • 465 for SSL.
    • 587 for TLS.
    • 25 or 587 for plain SMTP.
  4. SMTP Password — Your email account password (app password is recommended for Gmail/Yandex; not the main account password).
  5. SSL / TLS switches — Turn on the encryption mode your provider requires.

Press the "Save" button at the bottom. Be sure to verify that your setting is working through the first notification.

If SMTP setting is not configured, Apt Yönet's system email account is used. This may be sufficient; additional SMTP is not required for small complex managers. Define it only if you want to send branded notifications (from your own domain).
