Membership Statuses — Trial, Active, and Expired
The 3 statuses of Apt Yönet membership (trial period, active membership, expired): the meaning of each, what changes, and how the trial period works.
Your Apt Yönet complex management membership is in one of three statuses: in trial period, active, or expired. You see which status you are in on the membership page and on the warning band at the top of the panel. This article explains the meaning and consequences of each status.
1. Where is the membership page?
From the left menu, click the Settings → Membership link. The page consists of 3 tabs:
- Membership and Payment — Current status + plan selection.
- Our Account Numbers — Bank account information (for payment).
- Receipts — Past receipts + upload new receipt.
Membership status is shown on a colored card at the top. Additionally, a compact warning band appears at the top of the panel (on every page) — "remaining days" during the trial period, and "renew" call when the time is up.
2. Trial period (new registration)
When you newly register with Apt Yönet, you automatically start in trial status. During this period, you can try all the panel's features.
How long is the trial period?
Apt Yönet's current trial period is specified on the Pricing page. The period set during registration does not change based on the user — it is the same for everyone.
What is available during the trial period?
- All modules open — Adding units, adding residents, dues accrual, collection, expense, cash accounts, reports.
- Premium package locks work — Clicking on modules where you see the lock symbol opens an info window. Premium package feature previews are taken during the trial period.
- No data loss — All data you entered is preserved when the trial ends; only write restrictions are activated.
How many days are left?
Under the "You are in trial period" text and at the top band of the panel, the remaining days counter appears. The color warning turns yellow when less than 7 days remain, and red when less than 3 days remain.
3. Active membership
When you buy a plan and upload a receipt (and the super admin approves), your status transitions to active. The membership end date (uyelik bitis) is shown on the screen.
Plan options
There are 3 plans in Apt Yönet (in the Membership and Payment tab):
- Annual (12 Months) — Green theme, standard period.
- 2-Year (24 Months) — Blue theme, 20% discount.
- 3-Year (36 Months) — Purple theme, highest discount.
Changing plans happens during the renewal period — before your current period ends, you select a new plan and upload a receipt.
How is the price calculated?
Apt Yönet pricing is per-unit + Euro-based. Information order:
- Total Units — Number of registered units in your complex.
- Per-Unit Monthly — Euro unit price by plan/period.
- Rate — TCMB current Euro/TL rate (system automatically pulls).
- Plan Discount — Applied in 24-month/36-month options.
This calculation is shown dynamically on the membership cards — you see the real values on your screen.
What is available in active membership?
- All modules + premium package features accessible.
- NO write restriction — everything can be changed.
- The top band warning gives an early reminder as the end date approaches.
4. Expired membership
When the membership end date passes (if not renewed), the status transitions to expired.
What changes when it expires?
- NO data loss — Residents, units, dues, cash accounts, past records all remain in place.
- Write restrictions are activated — Write operations such as new dues accrual, new collection, new expense are locked (for the company owner). For individual users, writing may continue to be open — the rule changes based on the user type.
- Reading remains open — You can see all past data; you can run reports.
- Premium package features close — Lock symbols become active again in the related modules.
- Top band red warning — "Your membership has expired" message appears on every page.
5. Top warning band (on every page)
There is a small info band at the top of the panel:
- Blue (trial — long time) — Trial end date is far away; for informational purposes.
- Yellow (trial — 7 days left) — Warning to select a plan soon.
- Red (trial — 3 days left / expired) — Urgent action: select a plan and upload a receipt.
- Green (active) — Informative; turns yellow one week before the end date.
There is a "Manage Membership" link in the band — when clicked, it goes directly to the Membership page.
In which status, what do you do?

| Trial — less than 7 days | Select a plan from the Membership and Payment tab. |
| Trial — less than 3 days | Immediately upload a receipt (so the plan is approved before the time is up). |
| Active — 1 week to end | Upload renewal receipt (uninterrupted continuity). |
| Expired | Select a plan + upload a receipt; write opens after super admin approval. |
