How Premium Package Features Work
The meaning of the lock symbol you see on some modules and features in the Apt Yönet panel, what changes when your membership is active and when it expires.
In the Apt Yönet panel, you see a small lock symbol on some modules or features. This means that feature is included in the Premium package and cannot be opened with your current package. This article explains how the lock system works, what changes when membership is active/expired, and where to learn the current package scope.
1. When do I see the lock symbol?
The lock symbol may be in the following places:
- In the Management page card grid — A small lock + "Premium" badge at the upper right of some module cards.
- On the Reports page — A lock + badge on some report cards.
- On some buttons — For example, a lock icon on feature buttons like "Create New Template," "Send Bulk Email."
- In count limits — When you exceed a certain record count (e.g., second cash account, second manager), a lock appears on the new record form.
2. What happens when I click on a card with a lock symbol?
When you click on a card or button with a lock symbol, an info modal window opens:
- At the top, the feature's promotional title and large icon.
- Below, a short description of what the feature does.
- At the bottom of the modal, a "Manage Membership" or "See Packages" link — goes to the membership page.
This modal is for informational purposes only; does not open real data. To use the feature, your package must be active.
3. Which modules / features are in Premium?
Modules and features included in Premium are managed by the Apt Yönet system administrator and may change over time (when a new feature is added, when a campaign is made, etc.). Therefore, a fixed list is not kept in this guide — instead, always use the current source:
- Check on the panel: Those with lock symbols in the Management and Reports pages card grid are in Premium. Click and read the info modal.
- Pricing page: Plan scopes are listed in detail on the Pricing page.
- Help center article: In each module article of this guide, if the module is included in Premium, a yellow info band automatically appears at the top of the page (module status is dynamic based on system settings).
4. When membership is active
When your membership is active:
- All modules included in Premium open — lock symbols are lifted.
- Premium features such as bulk operations, unlimited cash accounts/banks, custom template creation become active.
- PDF / Excel downloads in report pages open for all reports.
- Manager/auditor limit is lifted — unlimited team assignment can be made.
Active package information is always visible on the top card of the Settings → Membership page (plan name + end date).
5. When membership expires
When your membership end date passes:
- Premium features are locked again — lock symbols come back, Premium modules show the info modal.
- Write restriction (for company owner) — Write operations such as new dues accrual, collection, expense are stopped. A warning appears when the button is clicked. This rule works differently for individual users.
- Reading always open — Seeing past data, running reports continues to work.
- Your data is not deleted — When you renew the plan, you continue from where you left off.
6. Count limits (granular features)
Some features work as "first N free":
- Cash Account: You can open up to a certain number of cash accounts in the free package; Premium is required for above.
- Bank Account: Same rule — Premium for bank accounts beyond a certain number.
- Manager assignment: First manager free, Premium for the next ones.
- Auditor assignment: First auditor free, Premium for the next ones.
When you reach the limit, the lock becomes active on the new record form and the info modal opens. For exact numbers, see the Pricing page — the numbers are updated over time.
7. Granular feature info banner
In some help center articles (e.g., Notifications, Templates), you may see a yellow info band at the top of the page: "Some features in this article are in Premium: Bulk Email, Bulk Document..." like that. This banner shows the status of the features described in the article based on your package; the content explains how you will use the feature, and package scope is informed dynamically in the banner.
Practical suggestions
- Explore all modules during the trial period — read the lock modals and decide which features are valuable.
- Create a needs map — which package is sufficient for the size of your complex (e.g., free for small complex, Annual for medium complex, 2-Year+ for large complex).
- Renew 7 days before the end date — for uninterrupted work.
- Do not panic if the time is up — there is NO data loss, when you buy a plan and upload a receipt, everything returns.
