SMS Package Purchase — Order and Receipt

Selecting a credit package to send bulk SMS to residents, uploading a receipt, and the order approval process.

Credits are used to send bulk SMS to residents in Apt Yönet. Your membership fee does not include SMS sending; you need to purchase a separate package to send SMS. This article explains the package purchase + receipt upload + approval process.

Where to open?

From the left menu, click ManagementNotificationsSMS Packages link. The page consists of two sections:

  • At the top, packages for sale grid (different credit counts).
  • Below, your order history table (most recent at the top).

1. Select a package

Click on one of the packages in the grid. On each package card:

  • Package name (e.g., "1,000 SMS," "5,000 SMS").
  • Credit count.
  • Unit price (1 SMS = X TL).
  • Total amount.
  • Order button.

Which package should I choose?

2. Order form

When you select the package, the modal opens. Fields to fill in:

  1. Complex — If you have multiple complexes, select which complex the credit will be assigned to (in the dropdown, the user's complexes).
  2. Bank Account (optional) — Select one of Apt Yönet's bank accounts for the "Which account did you deposit into?" information.
  3. Receipt/Voucher fileRequired. PDF, JPG, PNG, or WEBP. Maximum 10 MB.
  4. Note (optional) — Explanation you want the super admin to see.
Bank account selection is optional but adding it speeds up the approval process — the super admin quickly verifies that it was deposited into the correct account.

3. Save the order

Fill in the form fields and press the Save Order button. The system:

  • Saves the file to secure storage.
  • Creates the order record (status: Pending).
  • Sends notifications to Apt Yönet system administrators (panel top bell icon).
  • A new row is added to your order history table.

4. Approval process

The Apt Yönet system administrator reviews your order. If the receipt is appropriate, they approve; your order is fulfilled:

  • Credit count is added to your complex's SMS credit balance.
  • Order status becomes Approved.
  • Notification falls on your panel top bell.

How long is the approval time?

Typically 1-3 hours during business hours. Outside business hours (night/weekend), the next business day.

Can the order be rejected?

In cases where the receipt cannot be read, wrong account, missing amount, the super admin requests additional information in your order note or rejects. In this case, you open a new order and try again with the correct receipt.

5. Order history

At the bottom of the same page, all your orders are listed in date order:

  • Order No · Date · Package name · Credits · Amount · Status · Action
  • Status badges: Pending (yellow) · Approved (green) · Rejected (red).
  • On each row, Download Receipt button (to see the file you uploaded again).

6. Seeing SMS balance

You can see your current SMS credit balance in two places:

  • Notifications dashboard (Management > Notifications) — At the top, "SMS Balance: X units" + "OTP Balance: Y units" info panel.
  • Bulk SMS sending screen — The balance is shown along with the live cost before sending.

OTP SMS (verification codes for foreign-numbered residents) is a separate pool — managed separately from your normal SMS balance.

During SMS sending, a message with Turkish characters is 70 characters, a simple English alphabet message is 160 characters = 1 credit. Long messages are automatically split, credits are spent more. Pay attention to these limits for short messages like due date reminders.

How many orders in which situation?

  • Monthly due date reminders + announcements — 1 order per year (large package).
  • General assembly invitation period — An additional order (for temporary intensity).
  • Urgent notification need — If your balance is low, quickly buy a small package.
