Updating Your Phone or Email Address
You can change your phone number from the profile page. Since your email address is the fundamental key to your account, you cannot change it yourself — you open a request to the system team.
In Apt Yönet, you can update your phone number yourself. Since your email address is used as the identity key of your account, you cannot change it yourself — this article explains the correct way for both.
1. Why are phone and email important?
- Phone — We send the confirmation code to your phone during password reset. Accounts left with wrong/old numbers cannot reset their password.
- Email — It is the fundamental identity of the account (used in some places instead of the login username), and important system notifications (membership end, invoice, receipt approval, etc.) go here.
Keeping both current is important for the healthy operation of your panel.
2. Updating your phone number
Step 1 — Open the profile page
Open My Profile from the profile menu at the top right corner or directly the /profile link.
Step 2 — Find the Personal Information card
There are three cards on the page: Avatar, Personal Information, and Change Password. Use the middle Personal Information card.
Step 3 — Update the phone field
The phone box requires 11-digit format: 11 digits starting with 0 (e.g., 05551234567). Write your new number and click the Save Information button. The system saves immediately; you see a success message.
Phone format
- 11 digits — starts with 0, followed by 10 digits.
- Do not write +90 — use only the full Turkey format starting with 0.
- Do not use spaces/dashes — only digits.
3. Updating your email address
The email field is shown as not changeable (locked) on the profile page. There are two reasons for this:
- Identity stability — Your email is kept as a fixed reference in past records, audit trails, and notifications.
- Account takeover protection — Change is kept under control so that an attacker cannot log into your account, change the email, and reset the password to their own email.
Opening a request for email change
If you really need to change your email (e.g., you left your workplace, your last name changed, your old email account was closed), click the Help → Support link from the left menu and open a new request. Be sure to specify the following in the request:
- Your new email address.
- Do you still have access to the old email (if so, we can verify that the account you are currently using really belongs to you).
- Your reason for the change (job change, email provider change, etc.).

4. I can no longer access with the old phone number, what should I do?
If your old phone line was closed and you cannot log into the current panel (if you also forgot the password), your only way is:
- Try the password reset flow through your email (if the email channel is defined in your system).
- If not, have a knowing other manager open a support ticket, or directly explain the situation to the system team through the contact form.
The system team verifies your identity and manually updates your phone number.
