Why Digitalize?

This complexity cannot be run with paper and memory. Digital tools both ease the burden and reduce the risk of error and dispute.

The biggest contribution of digital management is transparency. When income-and-expense, collections, and expenditures are recorded in a digital environment and shared with residents, the question "where is the money going?" is answered naturally. When every lira spent has a digital trace, trust in management increases and unnecessary disputes decrease.

Dues accrual, collection, late-payment interest, and debt tracking are very prone to errors when done manually.
