Getting Bids: The Basic Principle
Instead of being tied to a single supplier for an important purchase, obtaining multiple bids is the basic principle. Comparison enables both finding the most suitable price and gaining insight into the market. Working with the same supplier for a long time may not always be the most advantageous option; regular review is important.
Service Contract
In the contract with the supplier, the following must be clear: the scope of the service/work, quality standards, duration, fee and payment conditions, the parties\' responsibilities, and the termination of the contract.
