Land Share Calculation
Enter the total denominator and each independent section's area — calculate every unit's or shop's land share (numerator/denominator) instantly.
1. Total land share (denominator)
The total share to be distributed. Usually a round denominator like 1,000 or 2,400 in the title deed.
2. Independent units
Area unit is flexible (gross/net m²). If you want to distribute by value, enter value instead of area.
How is land share calculated?
Land share is the portion of the land allocated to an independent unit (unit, shop) and is shown in the title deed as a share/denominator fraction. Under the Condominium Law, land share must be determined proportional to the value of the independent unit.
In practice, most projects use area (m²) ratio as the basis; in some cases, factors such as floor, facade, and location are weighted by value.
Unit share = (Unit area ÷ Total area) × Denominator
Example
120 ÷ 400 × 1,000 = 300 → 300/1,000 (30%).
